A full house of leads through Facebook Live


One of Ireland’s most trusted property advisors broke the mould of conventional marketing by using Facebook Live to showcase its range of properties, netting 30,000 organic views in the process.
The company’s aims were twofold: to generate solid leads for a number of properties and raise awareness for the Lisney brand and its expert agents. Their solution was to use Facebook Live to broadcast real-time house tours of a variety of attractive properties. These Live videos were filmed on a mobile phone and were conducted by expert property agents. The use of Facebook Live meant that potential buyers could take an in-depth look into the property and get a feel for it, all from the comfort of their own desks.
After selecting the specific property to showcase, Lisney would post to Facebook in order to let its audience know in advance that a live tour would be taking place. Easily shot using a mobile phone, the Facebook Lives immersed viewers in Lisney’s properties. They worked as a great way to reach potential buyers and give them an insight into homes, without needing to take time out of busy schedules.

The Results


This strategy helped to solidify Lisney’s reputation as a forward-thinking brand and it also generated solid leads for the estate agency.
Running for 2 months from January–March 2017, this campaign achieved:



        • 4.5X increase in viewings for the pilot property





    • 30,000 organic views on the Lisney-branded videos
