In 2017 they launched a social media campaign aiming to boost awareness of its services. The company knew that a majority of its audience would be viewing its ads from a mobile device so a video was designed in a verticle format with ratio aspects designed to fit all mobile screens. The ad featured a happy bride enjoying the process of wedding planning with a focus on venue and decor.
This advertisement was targeted towards women in Tokyo between the ages of 20-35. Following this campaign, the company created a custom audience of people who had watched the first video and retargeted them with a second video designed for conversion. As a result, the second video achieved a high click-through rate and conversion rate than what would have been possible with a standalone conversion campaign.
